I think it depends on how Pac able to take Cotto's best punches or if he can use his elusiveness and speed to avoid being hit cleanly. If he can do that then it is possible. I think Pac at 140 hits harder than when he was below 140. Not the Margarito's type of power but because of its speed when he delivered this on his opponents not fully aware of it is really destructive. Our lone measuring stick if he can make Cotto quit at 147 is the Oscar fight. To be fair, Oscar has been with the others higher than 147 who punches harder than Pac. It so decieving that I dont know if those punches will really hurts Cotto. If only Oscar did not quit I'm so sure that Pac will ko him the next round and we should know right now that Pac might able to make Cotto quit.

The weight wont matter if cotto cannot land on pacquaio, thats whats being gambled on here, if pac can get in and out and stay off the ropes, he got a good chance of knocking cotto out.
