At this point of his career, he's better off staying where he's at. There isn't another promoter out there that will get Shane the fights he wants. He just so happens to want the #1 fighter, but has no clue what else to do. They've mentioned Berto and Williams, but he doesn't see any money out of those guys which at this point of Mosley's career is what he wants (and needs) most. -
In that recent radio interview with Shane, when he said the reason the Marquez - Mayweather fight being postponed or cancelled was because of ticket sales, it was clear either there is trouble in GBP, or Shane was not being a very good businessman. A fighter first.Comment

GBP can only do so much, Floys is very picky in who he fights and there's no doubt Floyd has never had interest in fighting Mosley.
That's why boxing needs to be fixed because a guy like Mosley who has beaten the best WW in Margarito, is on the outside looking in when it comes to the big money fights. I would be pissed as well but I don't think that GBP is at fault.
It's these promoters and all these belts that people can hide behind. If boxing was more unified, this **** wouldn't happen.Comment
