Cotto simply, because I havent seen him in a boring fight yet, and because he actually, will be at his best(because he wont fight lower than 145) and Mosley will be dead at the scales!!!!!!

Mosley at his best KTFO Pacquaio within 6 rounds!!!!!!!!

                    Both are tough fights IMO.

Cotto and Pacquiao have countries backing them which could (and will) turn into huge ticket sales.

A lot of people believe Cotto is the easier fight of the 2, but what many are overlooking is Cotto fights a lot better against fighters closer to his size. Cotto's fought 2 bigger guys in his last 3 fights and with Pacquiao it won't be a case of him running down Cotto. I believe Cotto fights much better in the style Pacquiao brings than an overpowering volume puncher like Margarito.

Much Much closer fight than people are making it out to be.
