So to prove your point why don't you say which rounds you saw Penalosa win then we can talk about the next subject you just brought up. I want to know what you think.
Juanma crushed an elderly Pendalosa not a young, fast, hungry prospect like Gamboa. I'm telling you guys, Gamboa has been in with chumps comparitively speaking and he takes risks. Against a real competitor he must be more careful,I can't see him doing that no holds barred stuff against Juanma, it would be a boxing chess match and Gamboa is just the batter boxer. Juanma is very good but i think could get exposed by a slick boxer.

The only time that Penalosa was hurt was in the six round, other than that Penalosa was blocking pretty much all of his punches. Imagine if it was gamboa? Juanma will have a hard time landing a good punch on him. I think the only thing Juanma has on Gamboa is reach advatage but thats ok because Juanma like to fight very close to his opponent.

        I think Gamboa takes it.

I don't think Juanma will be able to fight his fight. Gamboa's too quick. I actually saw Gamboa today. He's been going to the LA Fitness by my crib these past weeks. Dude was hitting the heavy bag, and he has by far the fastest hands I have ever seen...and powerful too.

        Gamboa, 7th round TKO.

mathed, I am not argueing that Penalosa was not in his prime when he fought Juanma. I'm not even saying that I am convinced that Juanma will beat Gamboa. I am just very, very curious as to how the Gamboa fan saw a close fight between Juanma and a past his prime Penalosa, that is all. I want to know which rounds he gave to Penalosa because he stated it was a "close" fight. Gamboa has a hand speed advantange over Juanma and at least as of right now is physically "bigger" than Juanma. In my honest opinion Juanma is much better than Gamboa pound for pound.

So...you're not going to say which rounds Penalosa actually won? Because that is how we score fights here in the pros. That's all I want to know then we can talk about all the other stuff you are bringing up.

I really did not think that the Pendalosa fight was too close.

juanma does good against guys who come to him and stand in front. Juanma could win this fight too but it looks like Gamboa's speed and slickness might present problems.

It could present problems for him. I'm just so sick of the non-sense written on boards that is why I don't bother to come on. This is a topic between Juanma and Gamboa some guy comes in and writes Concepcion KOs them both are you kidding me? Those are the guys that give the Pac fans a bad name and I like Pac. Before that a guy says that the Juanma vs. Penalosa fight was close? I mean its like a waste of time to be here sometimes.
