Why Is Nobody Calling Out Vitali?

Just read on Boxingscene a report on the available options for Wladimir Klitschko. David Haye and Odlanier Solis both released statements after Wlad's victory basically calling Wlad out. Alexander Povetkin wants Wlad next but that's an obvious one as he is the mandatory! Chris Arreola has stated when the Haye vs Wlad negotiations were falling apart (before a deal was reached) that he wanted Wlad!

But nobody seems to be talking about fighting Vitali!

I think David Haye is the only one that has mentioned maybe fighting Vitali. Vitali himself has been fairly quiet of late aswell. I thought more people would have been ready to call out Vitali as he doesn't have to face Maskaev anymore and he has the WBC title! I thought Vitali would have started setting up a fight for later on in the year. Maybe he will!

Is it a case of Wladimir has more belts and the fighters want to beat the number 1 ranked heavyweight? Or do they fear Vitali?

i believe its because nobody wants to **** with him.... if i were a HW right now he would clearly be the most feared opponent....

They are scared of Vitali. Wlad can be knocked out, everyone who has a decent punch and think they can get through to him wants a shot. Vitali is something whole other. He can take punches and he dosen't stand around flipping the jab, he is big and he comes to really hurt you. You need more than selfconfidence and a decent punch before you take the risk of fighting Vitali. I think most heavyweights know that and rather fights Wlad.

Vitaly still holds a WC belt! Not three like his brother, but going for a belt is not "low reward".

After seeing the fight, I think Wladimir is the better technician, but Vitali is the more aggressive one.
