I'd agree that these are the top 5, but not in this order...
As to top, we're going to have to see a few of them fight each other to prove where they stand.

Dzinziruk is probably the most proven, prime fighter at this weight.
Williams looks to be the most formidable, but still needs to prove himself at this weight more than he has.
Martinez looks very hard to beat; Santos is always dangerous if he's on form; & Forrest, while a little past his prime, certainly has the pedigree.

Hopefully some matches will be made soon, & the situation will clear up.

Good news is that the division certainly isn't lacking in good talent these days, & most of these matches are eminently makeable if any of the networks get behind them...

Paul Williams has to be regarded as at least top 5 in 147-160.
