Again...Wlad is more skilled. Vitali, however, is tough, mean, big, and a predator of the highest order. That's the difference between the two, or at least the only one that matters. If Wlad had his older brother's mindset, he'd go down as one of (if not the) greatest who ever lived. And I've said it over and over....he's still pretty young. If he develops his brothers agression and tough manner, he's going to be ****ing dangerous.

Is that what you meant, or are you speaking bastardised English like the rest of the sloppy Yanks?

      I suspect the latter.

Beg pardon? I hope you're not including me in that grouping, pal. And bastardized is spelled with a Z, since we're giving English lessons.

Exactly, how is he supposed to make the competition better. He's been fighting the best heavyweights out there, sure they aren't elite fighters but that isn't Wlad's fault. I mean Haye pulled out and Wlad fought the best fighter he could find as a replacement, no other top HW was going to take the fight on that notice. Give the guy some damn credit cause he is doing exactly what he's supposed to.

What is this mysterious p4p list you talk about?

Heavies don't belong on p4p lists. p4p lists usually mainly include sub-heavies. How in the world is a heavy going to beat sub-heavies? You have a completely biased approach like
              • "Wlad never beat a welterweight HOFer".
              • "Wlad cannot be ATG because he never beat Roy Jones Jr".
              • "Foreman can never be HOF because he got KDed by a featherfist"

Judging by your avatar you could also add
              • "Wlad isn't ATG because he isn't GAY enough".

Either you publish here the heavyweight p4p top 40 that you mention, or you have FAILED. You should rename your thread to "Wlad never beat anyone from the fantasy p4p ranking I just made up"

Klitschko`s major flaw is the way he panics when a punch is thrown at him and lunges in to grab onto the kneck and lean on the kneck and back of the opponent as seen against Thomson and Peter in the vids below. Thats why he boxes well against someone like Chagaev who is short, he can keep them at the end of the jab and they will rarely throw anything. A tall guy with a reach will illicit the grab reflex and panic in Wlad that makes him vulnrable.

Against Thomson he actually ran behind Thomson several times and held him around from his back in an illegal tactic to evade punches. Watch him grab around the kneck and lean down also. Wheres the point deductions Joe?

                Illegal tactics against Thomson

Didn't see anything too illegal in that vid against Thompson. A lot of the clinches were also Thompson's fault because his head came way too close to Wlad's head. It's not that Thompson INITIATED clinches but Thompson marches forward until there is hardly any space. Or Thompson storms forward with his body bending forward.

That neck holding was what? 1 second per round? Nothing to complain about.

This is a better video to document Klitschko's clinching. But also pretty little neck holding involved. Also many of the scenes don't show how the clinching got initiated. Nice, the vid also shows how Peter rabbit punched Klitschko after the referee shouted "Break".

Again some of the clinching is initiated by Klitschko when Peter tries to use his lowered head as a ram.

Both are nice videos. Thanks to the maker. Although I assume that the maker is a hater.

Let's also not forget that Wlad is as good as he is now BECAUSE OF his losses.

After the Puritty loss (due to gassing) he said "Thank you, Mr. Puritty, I will train more".
After the Sanders loss he said "Thank you, Mr. Sanders, I will never underestimate anyone anymore".
After the Brewster loss he said "Let's continue despite of haters".
