    I hope the Haye fight happens at some stage. If it doesn't, that will be two potentially dangerous opponents that have slipped through the net for Wlad. Not that Haye has a massive chance, but like Briggs he has fast hands and power.

              I liked Shannon Briggs personality but his work ethic when it came to boxing was/is awful. Lot of potential but not a lot of motivation...

                  He was as right as he could have been about Peter too.

                  Briggs should have just let it go through... I mean, really, the way Ibragimov made him look bad was more than enough to convince me that Klitschko would have killed him.

                      Yeah, that version of Briggs probably would have been beaten easily by Wlad. The lighter version would have had a serious shot at knocking Klitschko out though IMO.

                          Briggs isn't brain dead, he's actually quite the character he's funny as hell and he does a good job commentating on fights, imo. I'm not a fan of him in the ring, but he's a cool guy outside of it.

                              damn straight he'd have a chance. I mean Briggs came close to knocking out Lennox lewis. Still got his ass kicked, but he had his moments.
