Would Floyd Beat Pac In November?

Lets say that Floyd goes straight to Pac. Since the JMM fight was going to be at 44, lets also make this fight at 44. Floyd shouldnt have a problem with it because the JMM fight was there and Pac shouldnt have a problem with it since he's willing to fight the huge WW's at 43. I dont think the fear Floyd's size anywhere near the way the fear Cotto & Mosley's size so 44 is fine. I think Pac & Roach would jump at this fight because it would obviously be for huge money and all of those guys including Arum will have gotten there wish of Floyd being off for 2 years with no tuneup. If this fight is in November then it will basically be 2 years off with no tuneup. JMM wouldnt want to step aside for these 2 guys but I think he will if he is guaranteed a match with the winner and he knows that his fight with the winner will be way bigger then it is now. If Floyd beat Pac and then fought JMM then Juan would make probably twice as much as he's making with that fight now, which would then make that probably 5 or 6x as much as his biggest pay day. JMM could also in the mean time have a tuneup at 140 or 144 against a bum so he could get use to the weight but not be in any jeopardy of losing.

If the Floyd ticket problems are true then I think Floyd will back down some on his demands. I could then see the fight going 50/50 or 45/45 with the extra 10 going to the winner. I dont beleive the ticket sale crap but it doesnt matter much with this thread because were talking about the fight itself. Floyd was probably worried about fighting the big boys without a fight 1st but "if" the rib injury is false then maybe he's feeling confident after training. With his dad & Roger boosting it up, he may feel that he can beat the top guy in the sport right off the bat. He would also get mad props because most of the haterz say that he doesnt want to fight Pac and will try to get out of the fight. If he did kill JMM then he wouldnt be the underdog in a Pac fight that he would be now. Not many would pick him to beat Pac in that kind of situation.

So what do you guys think? He fought Hatton in December of 07. If he fights Pac in November of 09 with no tuneup and at a lower weight, could he beat the #1 guy in the game? If he did that then no one can question his greatness again because no one has ever done that except SRL and even he admitted that he waited for Hagler to look way past it. Pac on the other hand is on top of his game and at his peak right now. Could Floyd beat him in that situation? At 144, in November, after 2 years off, with no tuneup, against the top trainer in the game probably, against a Southpaw who people say that he struggles with, and against someone who they say is faster and more powerful then him. Could he win and how much credit would you give him for it?

That is a bad idea, everyone needs a tune up. Mayweather should stick to fighting JMM and then worry about his next move.

IDK, he's got about 2 years of ring rust,
but he's got the style to beat Pac.
