I think they are complaining because they feel Pacquiao will beat Cotto even at 147, Cotto would be slower. Only Miguel Cotto would not be complaining if they both agreed to 144. Because he would be richer.

dude fights at 147, he has 9 plus weeks to get to 144.....where is the problem?
