I agree but they should make it at 147 and put a cap on what Cotto can weigh on fight night. Manny will weigh probably around 147 while Cotto will be 160 or more. It's unfair both ways. I think Pacquiao should fight at 147 if he wants to fight these guys but I also feel that Cotto or his team have no room to talk about being unfair about weight when he walks into his fights as a middleweight or bigger
