BOXER Amir Khan was quizzed by cops yesterday after a waitress alleged she was indecently assaulted.
The brunette, 20, claimed Khan, 22, and four other men ******ed her at a party in April.
She said she met Commonwealth lightweight champion Khan and his pals at London’s Funky Buddha club.
Khan and friends had been drinking heavily and eye witnesses say they were "hammered" and "rowdy"
She alleged the men smashed up her flat in Camden, stole items and left a bag of white powder.
Devout ****** Khan went voluntarily to Holborn police station where he was questioned by the Met’s sex crimes unit.
He was NOT arrested. But four men, aged 29, 31, 30 and 22, were.
A full report will be sent to the Crown Prosecution Service.
A source close to Khan said: “He adamantly denies anything untoward happened.”
