140 pounds, that's it. pacquiao is the p4p #1 fighter in the world and less than a year ago he was fighting at 130. Cotto is a Hatton type of fighter who will always have the "not my weight class" excuse ready until everyone finally someone Ricky Hattons him at 147. I don't hate Cotto, he's one of my favorites as is Pacquiao too but his fans, wow those guys are ignorant to the bone!
