Even though he lost that fight, and Margarito is a caught cheater, I believe in my heart he still would have lost. The best man won that fight, that fight was a fight of who wanted it more with his heart, and Margarito showed regardless of having cheated, the most heart in that fight, Cotto was overlooking him to set up a potential showdown with Oscar, and he didn't fight with all his potential I believe. And if a rematch does happen, Margarito wins again because I belive that psycologically he has beaten Miguel to a point where his confidence in himself would be so much that would really expose the best in him, beating Miguel even faster than before.

Oscar? WAS an A fighter but not at 34 fighting once a year
Ummm... Definately no Hall of Famers(except Oscar)
If Floyd stans say Cotto is a B+ fighter than no hes only beaten C- fighters

i think the corrales win was an A class match up that floyd won so i give him props...i thot he lost the first castillo fight but i give him props he won the second fight...but since floyd moved up the only fight i will really give him completely credit for was the hatton fight becuz hatton was undefeated at the time!!!!

Hernadez was 38-1....and the WBC Featherweight champ of the world...beast.

            Oscar was 34..........so what?

Mosley is 37 years old...and hes the number 1 ranked WW in the world.

Hopkins is almost 50 and still a top 10 p4pounder.

The 154 pound Oscar that Floyd fought was GAME as hell...he wasnt drained he was healthy and strong and gave Floyd a good fight.

Not to mention Floyd moved up to 154 pounds with no tune up and fought and BEAT the best 154 pounder in the world at the time....in a small ring with little gloves at Oscars request.

Thx and have a nice day.
oscar may have been comfortable at the weight but do u honestly think he was hungry for a win? and dont fall into those 24/7s oscar only wanted loot my friend..

Floyd is not an all time great in the practical sense of the term.... when i think all time greats, i think the top 5 or 10 best boxers all time.... HOWEVER, many people consider all time greats top 50, or even 100...

If floyd were not to fight one more match till the day he died, i would say that he should go to the hall of fame, and should make ESPN's top 50 list.. I'd put him around 40 or so... then again, i could see someone making an argument for him to be more like top 75-100ish range...

I think Floyd has many good wins, but i still just don't think he has ever had that career defining fight, where everything was on the line... but still, THE DOMINANT FASHION in which he beat some solid fighers like chico, angel manfreddy, castillo, hatton prove that he DEF. has the skillset to be a possible top 25 or maybe even top 10 if he really digs his heels in and takes 3-4 more UBER fights before he hands em up.... but his skillset alone gets him on ANY top 100 list even if he retired right now...

the beauty of debating all time great boxers is that it is very subjective, and people can take a fighters resume and break it down anyway they want, they can essentially manipulate it to make an argument either way... and whoever is able to make the most compelling argument wins... haha but then again, judging who makes the best argument is subjective... SOOO, it does not matter what magazines and other people say... WHERE EVER YOU BELIEVE he ranks all time, is where he ranks all time... because if you can support your opinion then you are right...

hha come on arturo gatti was a highlight reel punching bag... i dont want to do ANYTHING to step on gatti, but he is no where near an A level fighter...

He is a step above a club fighter... i'd say he is gatekeeper... he is the modern day edison miranda, he ALWAYS comes to ****, and always puts on an exciting show, but everytime he laces em up it's a 50/50 chance on whether he knocks someone out, or gets knocked out.. THAT IS NOT an A level fighter...
