Dawson brings HBO money with him however it still makes the most sence for the fight to be in Montreal, Dawson is from Connecticut so I think he is more likely to pull fans to Montreal then to Vegas (from his hometown).

Pascal won the fans over, like in the Spinks-Latimore fight the fans were booing Spinks and cheering Latimore then mid way it was all cheers for Spinks because of his performance. You can't blame Dawson for bad ticket sales, I mean does Tarver even have any fans? at all? Put Dawson fighting in Conneticut and watch him sell out arenas because that is where he is from.
