        na, defitnitly not, but a champion he is, u cant be a hall of famer unless theres something special about you. Its more then just win fights on points and jab and running. U gotta have something special about you, like cotto, mayweather, mosley, you gotta show your more then an average champion.

                Yes he his!!!!!!!!!!

                he have fought lots of good fighters.

                Finito Lopez didnt had a great resume either!!!!! But he sure could of beaten anybody!!!

                Too bad people dont know **** about the lower weight classes!!!!!!!!!
