First of all, it reveals something about Richardson that he would work with a known doper like Mosley. Second of all those lab results didnt show much. Trace elements is a pretty weak finding considering he was supposed to have wrapped his hands in plaster. If that was the case I'd think they'd actually find plaster.
I'm sure if I went through my room w/ an electron microscope I could find trace elements of anything too. And there's also the issue of the chain of custody of his wraps.
At least 15 people touched those wraps from the time they were confiscated to the time they got to the lab, including Mosleys camp.

You're right given the circumstances, those findings aren't good enough for me.
If Margarito was found to have plaster in his gloves they wouldve suspended him for life. They're case is weak and they know it. The year suspension was issued so they could save face and look like they're doing their job.
