If Williams keeps Cotto on tge outside and throws his normal Volume of punches he his a UD or Late TKo. If Cotto gets to the Inside effectively, Williams is dead meat!!!!!!!!!!

lol yea sure. the midget wont do ****. williams is a fantastic inside fighter. Even with thos long ass arms, he shortens his shorts very well. he would outwork and bust up cotto on the inside. Just like Marg, cotto will find it hard ton nget to the body. hell, cotto found clottey difficult to get to the body. It seems to me that when cotto fights elite or semi-elite welters, he cant get to the body like he does against the gomez's of the world. Paul Williams would give it to floyd just as hard.

I would pick Williams probably by TKO or KO either one. There comes a point in some of Cotto's fight where it's either life or death. Mosley and Clottey were at that point and stopped throwing. It's not in Williams DNA to rest in the ring. He'd keep punching and eventually stop Cotto.
