cotto, pacquia and mayweather jr who is the best

so I had an argument with a group of friends on who the best of the three is. Even though Mayweather has the strongest argument since he is undefeated I still have to put him 3rd. Mayweather hasnt fought as great of competitors as the other two especially cotto. Does everyone think that mayweather would be undefeated if he fought mosley, margriato and clottey. Also pacquia has beaten the best morales, marquez and beat dela hoya and hatton alot quicker and better than mayweather. So what do you goes think?

pacquia sounds like the baby stage of Pacquiao.

I think he might need to evolve soon.

In terms of skill and ring savy i dont tink many can argue that mayweather is the best but he hasnt tested himself in quite a long time against a worthy opponent Im hoping he is back to rectify this.
cotto deserve's props for taking the toughest fight's as of late,he has fought 2 of the most avoided fighters in clottey and margarito.
As much as i like pacquaio ive got a bad feeling this pacmania is gona come crumbling down if he steps in the ring wit either of these 2 at 147.
cotto being the more likely to happen at the mo,I just dont see pacquaio knocking out cotto and will be very curios to see what tactic roach uses, also cotto is not the same fighter he was before margarito loss, maybe the win over clottey and revivied him i dont know but i suspect roach doesnt see him as that much of a threat anymore, there is noway in a million years roach would of put him in wit cotto pre margarito.god im talking a load of bs here i better stop..
