Foreman has by far far far far far more power.

          1. Tyson
          2. Foreman
          3. Wlad Klitshcko

Let us compare Haye with Foreman I = 1970ies (since Foreman II had a worse KOratio which would taint the result):

            KOratio
            Foreman I: 89%
            Haye: 91%

            Number of KOs
            Foreman I: 42
            Haye: 21

            Quality of KOvictims (median)
            Foreman I: 14-6 (= mainly bums)
            Haye: 21-6 (much better)

Quality of non-bummy KOvictims (median) (non-bum = those who win 75%+)
            Foreman I: 31-3 (good)
            Haye: 31-2 (slightly better)

            KOround (median)

            Foreman I: Round 2
            Haye: Round: 2

            World Title Fight wins
            Foreman I: 3
            Haye: 2

            KO-victim Weight (median)
            Foreman I: 205 lbs
Haye: 197 lbs (mind you, this is at weigh-in, in the ring they are heavier).

In other words: It's not the clear case as some want it to be. Foreman I leads definitely in the NUMBER of KOs however.

The safest thing that we can say is: It's too early to judge Haye yet.
