The closest was Roy in the late 90s Early 00s. If I am not mistaken he had them all except for the WBO which I think was held by Dariusz Micheloeski (I know I butchered the name), Roy would even come out with the NABF...

As was previously noted, Jones had a stack of alphabet belts at one point. Don't expect the four major titles to ever be held by a single fighter (i.e. Hopkins) again though.

Bernard Hopkins is the only man to have ever done it.
