You guys are too rough on Cotto. I think that division is wide open to be honest with you. Marg looked to be in control until he was found cheating like a dumb bastard.

Mosley comes out of nowhere and woops Marg's ass. Cotto seems to have trouble with Mosley and gets beaten by Marg decisively.

I don't know how anyone can say that ANYONE in that division owns anything.
