MOST of the dudes you mentioned had Hopkins over Calzaghe also so I RESPECT their card alot........but I still dont see how ANYBODY can HONESTLY think that Cotto won that fight on Saturday.......its crazy!!!!........if Cotto fought the fight that Clottey fought Cotto would've gotten a UD........Calzaghe hits the floor in round one but is awarded the fight because he was the one pressuring or pushin' the fight........Clottey-Cotto was similiar but Clottey was not only pushin' the fight he was landing the eye catchin' shots..........with Mosley it was 50-50.......but with Clottey it was a gift but I still like Cotto.........I just hope he doesn't catch a bad one because he fights the BEST and toughest opponents........mad props!!!

Clottey landed the cleaner, harder shots, yeah and in some rounds pressured the action and forced Cotto to fight his fight, yes but there were rounds where he would allow Cotto to just tee off on him and because of this he lost the rounds, he was allowing Cotto to win rounds because he wasn't active enough.

Clottey threw the fight away imo, after having three great rounds (7,8,9), He simply allowed Cotto to steal those last 2-3 rounds.

I hope there is a rematch.

I scored the Cotto vs SSM fight a draw, I didn't have a problem with Cotto getting the win. So no, that wasn't a gift. As for Clottey, I had Clottey clearly winning that, close but clear win for Clottey. The way the judges scored it, that was indeed a gift.

Mosley and Clottey?
He gets way to much credit for fights that he could or could of not won and that is with Mosley where some say Mosley won or got robbed.
The other is Clottey...a close one but most experts say Cotto lost. Most people say the same.
Pacquiao will not give him a gift!

Mosley made amistake trying to box when it isn't his style and wasting 8 of the first rounds. Cotto could have been given that fight, but it was very close. Clottey on the other hand really beat Cotto down, and controlled the tempo of the entire fight, and IMO was ripped off.

Clottey didn't control the pace of the fight. He took rounds off and let Cotto get off instead of sticking to his gameplan and applying smart pressure on Cotto and stay with the right hand which seemed to work being Cotto couldn't see. Also, according to Clottey's interview, he was pretty adament that Cotto was a hard puncher, so who's to say Cotto wasn't tiring Clottey out either? Clottey wasn't very effective in the last rounds while Cotto kept throwing and landing.

Mosley wasn't doing **** which is why he loss. Cotto had the upper hand in absolutely everything. Mosley couldn't get anything off and was beaten to the punch over and over again.

Clottey was robbed of a victory. Cotto got a gift on that one. It was his "welcome back to the big stage" gift. I hope he gets no more.

Yes, PR has many boxing fans. Cotto is desperately needed in boxing. If he can do enough in any fight, he'll be given a decision.

Wtf did Cotto do that was so great in the 12th? He ran, and it doesn't matter how you sugar coat it. CLottey was literally chasing him around and still landed more shots in the 12th than Cotto did. If Clottey wasn't chasing him what would Cotto have done otther than stay in the other side of the ring. Saying that Cotto won the 12th, but he lost the fight IMO.
