It's utterly pointless to argue online. Debating a boxing topic passionatley is one thing, but you two should just ignore one another rather than spreading negativity.

Anyway, I don't necessarily think its an excuse to say Cotto is bigger than Manny. I also don't think it's an excuse to say, if all things were even, the fight could have a different outcome than it would with Miguel being such a larger man. I believe he is quite a bit bigger, that he's a solid welterweight, but I suppose what Pacquiao has going for him is the theory that Miguel Cotto's chin is much less solid below 147 because he has to drain himself more to make weight and doesn't have the same strength; but that's something Cotto fans can use if he loses- and I also don't know that it's an excuse if it's true. Whether or not either of those (Cotto being too big, or Miguel being too weight drained to win) is true, I can't say yet.

Possibly any type they can come up with. I mean I've never seen something as ignorant as this "Pacquiao can TKO Margarito"(not regarding the plaster) or better yet, "Pacquiao is better than Sugar Ray Robinson", "Cotto is too slow for Pacquiao"( Cotto was and is regarded by many boxing experts as a have-it-all fighter) see what I mean?

Who said that **** and where did they say it? I have never seen anyone on here saying Pacquiao is better than Robinson. I've seen it from Floyd fans, but not Pacquiao fans.

Regardless, just because one lunatic says something ****** it doesn't mean you should tar everyone with the same brush. Again, I don't understand why people generalize, separate people and single out fans of a certain fighter. There are good and bad ones, just like there are for every fighter.

I see it as Pacquiao having much better speed, movement, mobility and possibly a mental edge, too. It's not about Cotto's chin being shaky below 147. 2 or 3 pounds won't make any difference to the outcome, IMO.
