Manny by TKO, (possibly decision, i'm torn on this one) i think manny is too fast for margarito, he's slow, comes at you and constantly applies pressure (what ricky does, but Manny would Tag and move, land clean on margo's defensive weaknesses repeatable, probably stop him, tko most likely. If Margo could get him trapped in a corner and go to work, i'd give it to Tony, but i don't see that happening, roach would train manny against that.

I think Manny vs cotto would be alot closer.
