wouldnt the fact that he whooped mercers ass and then had his own ass handed to him by a former ufc nobody , discredit your arguement even more ?

anyway it goes like this a boxer will always hav a punchers chance in mma while 95 % of people from the mma world would prolly have no chance in a boxing match , partly because boxers train only in this one area while mma'rs are training in 3 - 6 different practises of combat so this is a natural result to expect.

with all this said in an mma match ill still take fedor to dominate any hw boxer in the world including the klits.

Wow. The MMA world is in total shock and uproar after Ray Mercer knocked the **** out of MMA's Tim Sylvia in 8 seconds.

MMA fans were calling this the "MMA vs. Boxing" as the bout was orginally going to be under boxing rules and Tim Sylvia joked how he would be beating the 48 y.o. Mercer at his own game while eating taco bell the day before.

The bout was then changed to be under UFC rules, favouring Sylvia. MMA fans gloated how this was the beggining of MMA's world domination and swamping of boxing.

To bad their boy (a highly respected MMA heavyweight) got knocked out with an overhand right in a savage KO.

IT WAS SAVAGE.

You have to understand Ray Mercer is 48, overweight and a total joke in terms of being a boxer. Oh but not MMA, there he fits right in.
