Its not based on how many mega fights you have..its based on WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATELY.

When Hopkins was p4p number 1 and Taylor beat him............Floyd moved up to number 1.

Hatton is not as good as Cotto and hasnt beat the calibre of fighters that Cotto has...Cotto is literally cleaning out boxing best divison.

If Cotto beats Pac..Pac would not be the p4p number 1 you ****** ****.

It depends, if Marquez somehow beats Mayweather He is #1.But If Mayweather beats Marquez I don't think he would deserve to be #1 yet due to his inactivty.So in that case Cotto would be one.It all comes done to who wins between Mayweather and J.M.M.
