I'm not a Floyd Mayweather fan, but I think the number of threads and posts ridiculing and bashing Floyd in the past week or so is overkill.

I'm not saying he shouldn't be criticised, all I'm saying is it's getting out of hand. Let's not forget, he's probably the most highly technically skilled boxer in our sport.

yeah. but he kinda deserves it. problem is people dont want to bash floyd in someone else's thread. they want to make their own...

Don't know if the injury is real or fake probably will never know the truth about that. Shame to say but he will get **** for it because of the rumor about the ticket sales and pushing the date back. I looked on BOXREC and the fight was pulled down from his page. Some other poster here yesterday said he called ticket master to inquire about the new date and to see if he could buy tickets and they said the fight was called off. No news yet on the new date speculation is Sept 19th right gents. DAMN shame I was looking forward to the match up too just wasn't crazed about paying $50 PPV to see it. Wished he would have had it as a HBO event instead but we can;t all be like JMM and get what we wish for right?. Hopefully he and the ticket sales recover so the fight gets made for September. Be a bad break for JMM to have the fight called off poor little guy always taking a back seat to someone Morrales or Barrera now it is PAC and the rest of the boxing world. The fun thing about boxing is you really never know the results until the fighters get in the ring and throw down. Look at Manny vs Oscar very few people gave him a shot to make it through the fight standing up let alone TKO Golden boy right.....Lefty

even i dont believe the injury..but oh well i made a thread about it and moved on..floyds my guy but if i think hes wrong ill comment on it..but lets move on like we do with every other fighter..lets not be biased

That is the problem Tunney he probably is but we will never find out just how good or entertaining he will be becauser he will never step in the ring with anyone who poses a threat to his "0".....At least he is not as boring to watch as WLAD though I rather watch grass grow then watch the fight this Saturday.....Lefty

Cotto doesn't pose a threat to Floyd's zero no more than I do.
