I know that Reed makes them so i've been told
theres a few lads on here that will make them for a small change

You change the video into a gif (video sequence)

Microsoft GIF Animator (http://www.jhepple.com/support/ftp/AniGif/gifsetup.exe)

Then use something like Animation Shop to edit it how you like.
