    "Pacquiao The Great"...???

I haven't posted in a very long time, but seeing all of this "Pacquiao The Great" nonsense, has really been bothering me! I mean people come on! He fought JMM Twice once to a draw and I scored the second fight myself and seen JMM sever up a clinic in ring gereralship and counter punching as the fight went on. The resulting score for me was 115-113 Jmm, call it what you want, because many sports writers and experts agree with me. He whopped a David Diaz the looked like he was underwater slow. He beat a De La Hoya that looked as pathetic as I've seen a pro fighter look in competition. He beat Hatton...Mr. jump in recklessly and throw bombs without concern for his exposed chin. Didn't Mayweather prove that you can catch Hatton like that? Pacquiao is a very good fighter, I can't deny that fact, but keep his success in the proper context. Cotto's timing and very stiff quick jab combined with his power and chin=Pacquiao Ko'ed. Mosley's new improved jab, speed, chin and genuine world class power=Pacquiao Ko'ed. In other words, none of these fighters are Hatton, Diaz, or DLH. They're far tougher than JMM and equal in speed in, (Cotto to a degree). Let's not forget naturally way bigger, without sacrificing any of their natural abilities. Pacman is biting off more than he can chew challenging natural Welters. His desire for "Sugar" is gonna rot his fucquen teeth, and Nov014 date with Cotto will be his worst experience to date. I'm not hating people I'm just saying what any intelligent boxing purist know this is what's to come.

    D-Nice.

The fact that I've not posted here in maybe a year should let you know I could care less about points. No disrespect, it's just serves me no purpose

What I've learned the hard way with Pac is simply that everytime I've seen him fight a more skilled technical boxer he's made it a tough fight and has earned a close decision or Knockout, the only fight i thought he lost was the first JMM fight, the second was close and i had JMM by 1 point. the fact is Pac's not gonna rest, he's not gonna give rounds away and if Cotto's cut then he's gonna stop him.

But I really don't see Pacmans bothering Cotto in such a manner. Think about it, does Pacman have a good uppercut? That is the punch that gives cotto problems not straight or hooks. Combine that with his hard stiff and might I add again very quick jab. Advantage Cotto.

You don't think Freddie Roach will have Pacman working on the uppercut in training camp?? Pacquiao didn't have much of a right before ricky hatton, but because Roach believed that was one of Ricky's weaknesses they worked on it and what happened? First round knockdown right hand.

Cotto has improved his defense, I saw him tighten up his elbows from time to time against Clottey when the pressure was on, but against Pac he's not gonna see the pressure coming, it's just gonna be too quick and most of the time he keeps his gloves by his temple, allowing Pac straights to hit him head on. He is fighting a bigger and very skilled fighter, but I think Pac is just gonna keep giving him pressure that Cotto wont be able to handle. I'm not hating either cause i'm a fan of both and i was impressed with Cotto on sat.

But almost any strategy that doesn't involve pretending to be Goldberg or Stone Cold Steve Austin can be formulated to defeat Ricky Hatton. Hatton's fight game has more holes in it than a report from the LAPD.
