First off I have been to the Prudential Center twice to see Adamek fight. It is a bad enviroment to see a fight. Never have I ever seen fans so rude, drunk, throwing things at other fans, and fighting with each other in the stands. If you are not an Adamek fan do not go to see his fights. I was rooting for Cunningham and the block head behind me decided to dump his beer on me. You will not enjoy the atmosphere. Go to the Garden and see someone else fight, it is far more comfortable and a much better experience. I could only imagine if this guy Gunn knocks out Adamek (which will not happen, he will probably taste the canvas) but they will most certainly riot in that joint. Also is there a need for a beer tent outside the arena that plays Polish music for hours berfore the fight and gets these irresponsible people drunk to where they cant stand? Atlantic City and MSG, great places to see a match, leave the "POLSKA" chant in Prudential, block heads

I cant believe this fight is actually happening, actually being sanctioned.

I remember when Gunn was fighting Enzo, I thought that was a disgrace, and Enzo proved it was by blowing him right out of there.

To think he's getting ANOTHER title shot, against the undisputed champ is truely disgusting.

Gunn is at least an aggressive, exciting fighter, and he has put together a string of wins over clubfighters since Maccarinelli.

He doesn't have a very good chin though - Adamek should be able to KO him early.

Bout Summary:

Bobby Gunn dropped Gross twice in round one. During the second round, Gross dropped Gunn and continued to hit him with multiple punches while he was down. Referee Fred Boges did not disqualify nor take a point away from Gross, instead ruling Gross a tko winner.

Gross failed the postfight drug test and Tennesee Athletic Commission ruled the bout no contest. The IBA vacated the IBA world cruiserweight title.

hahaha no one comments about my man bobby gunn?! HAHAHA.... When I first log on I see Gunn and I just think Tommy Gunn is back fighting some bum or something.... haha then i actually look further into the article... i don't know much about Adamek but he seems to have decent skills based on what I have heard and little I have seen, and Gunn, despite him being loyal as a dog and having the heart of a lion, just does not have the skillzzzzzsetzzzzz.... nor the rhyme, rhythm, or the reason...
