hmm well i gues in those fights cotto hands are fast he was jabbing the **** out of marg and going toe to toe with mosely who i think has way faster hands speed than both cotto and hatton so yeah ima say cotto faster hands

while i aggre with that...... handspeed is how fast you can get a punch back to your face, i think cotto timing is what make his hands "faster" but if you going by throwing alot of punches at once then hatton can be said the faster one
