Cotto hits a lil' bit harder than Marquez, but not that much.. marquez can hit, he just doesn't focus on hurting u tho', unlike cotto does...Pacquiao would take them well, as hard as he trains.. plus I'm sure all the rounds pac has been sparring with middleweights help him take punches well
