Who is a draw in Boxing?

Just wondering with all the talk about who isn't. Who actually is a draw since De la Hoya and Hatton seem to be done?

In the US it is basically Pacquiao as a ppv draw, and Cotto, Pavlik, Mayweather, and Mosley are people that would get high ratings on HBO World Championship Boxing.
