If Emmanuel Steward starts training Cotto it will be a huge step up from what Cotto is used to as far as trainers. I believe Steward would really have Cotto working on that jab. Cotto has a ******* jab when he uses it, guy has a very nice jab. Cotto also has a longer reach than Pacquiao I think, so a jab would work well in that fight should it come together.

I think Cotto and Steward could make a pretty good team.

cotto has already said that the way to beat pacquiao is to fight behind the jab. cotto will fight behind the jab, and test the waters against pacquiaos body. pacquiaos body has been tested before with bad results to the pacman. he's been knocked out 2 times to the body, and he's never faced a freight train like miguel cotto. cotto, ive said before many times, will beat pacquiao ina quintana fashion, he does real good against southpaws.

Like Hatton, years of a certain style is hard to change and will revert to the old especially under pressure.
