I watched a Pacquiao interview in tagalog and he said he wanted to fight Mayweather so that he could give him his first loss.
I think Manny just wants Cotto now cuz of the May-JMM being postponed. Pac was gonna wait till after the July 18th fight to pick who he'll fight but Floyd got injured. My guess is he doesnt wanna wait too long.
