We've been calling for Floyd vs Cotto since 2006-2007 and now Pacquiao (the #1 fighter) of all people could potentially have a fight with Cotto in Las Vegas Nov 14th.
Does this make Floyd look like he really doesn't want to take the challenges or is Manny Pacquiao really down to just fight anyone regardless of him being the #1 guy in the sport? or both?
