Cotto is P4P Top 10 no doubt. I have him #7 on my list... but he's definitely not #1 P4P. That's Manny, duh. #2 Marquez another duh. Sorry I love Miguel (no ****) as much as any other PR but he's definitely not the best fighter on the planet.

Good wins over Mosley (rematch), Pac and Mayweather will make him #1 though should he accomplish that.

Manny should try fighting even solid fighters some time. Its easy to look dominant when your fighting girl scouts.

As for the bold section, Manny should go fight the real champion in a division before claiming to be the lightweight champ.
