It's hard to say. Even though he has two TKO losses, he didn't get knocked out, he was injured in both, forcing the stoppage. Fucker does have a granite chin though. I think Foreman might be able to stop him.

Vitali has a great chin but Foreman definatly has the tools to do it. Sonny Liston if he landed flush could definatly dent Vitalis chin.
