To be fair.. This month is typically bad for high reply #s on threads.. Also, the Tim Sylvia getting sparked story has been killing his numbers. This story is certainly more than meets the eye. The Don will be back and better than ever.

work is the best time. They blocked facebook at one point at my job and I was scared i'd single handedly generate enough hits on boxingscene to get it blocked.. That is the sad day I register for ESB

i think it makes sense to delay it.

as currently scheduled it'd have to go up against a ufc ppv i think.

bars generally show ppv over boxing because it's cheaper.

plus with most boxing fans being mma fans as well and vice versa , it could really hurt the numbers for the fight.

now if it's held for the weekend of a mexican holiday , it would do better numbers because of marquez being mexican.

Yeh i understand if he moved it to increase ticket sales but im left wondering how many extra mexicans or other fight fans would actually buy the fight on this mexican holiday.

If he wanted to fill the stadium up he should have fought in Mexican parts of America, ie Texas, Los Angeles or even Mexico!
