Prime Calzaghe vs Prime Jones is a good fight. Calzaghe would still have a bit of pop on his punches and could test Jones questionable chin. Jones would still have his reflexes, combos, and movement.

For me it's a 50/50 fight. No clear winner. However, we already know that an out of prime, unmotivated Calzaghe beat a shadow of Jones.

he hasnt looked good since 2003 and u say he was prime when he fought joe? thats just plain false. i mean anyone can have their opinion as for who wouldve won prime for prime, even though i think roy beats him fairly easily.. be that as it may saying roy was prime when they did fight is just a lie. its a false statement.

Well a slightly faded Roy was getting KO'd vs Tarver, and Johnson. A slightly faded Joe was beating Hopkins, and Kessler. Calzaghe stood the test of time.

eeh.. fail.. roy never recovered from moving down from HW. he was washed up when he fought tarver the first time, tarver just didnt capitalize enough.

who has kessler beaten? kessler is the most overprotected and overrated fighter in the world. one dimensional, and simply not a world class fighter. hopkins imo beat calzaghe. and im not so sure calzaghe was past his best anyways.. so yeah.. fail..
