I dont know. They both have great fighters under their belt but Sr's best is his son. Where as Roach has had a staple of good fighters.

I would like to be more defensive oriented though. No matter how much I like offensive onslaught, I cant commit to it.

Roach because he would train me as hard as possible, and he wouldn't be too busy going to taco bell like some trainers.... Btw, I personally like Jeff Mayweather as a trainer, plus I can understand what he is saying.

I would pick Freddie Roach as a trainer.

He seems to care more about his fighters, rather than himself.
