      If he KOs Cotto at 147, than Manny Pacquiao has a case to get 60/40 against Floyd if not more because that is a bigger accomplishment then anything Floyd has achieved in my personal opinion.

              Why KO? Decision should be more than enough. If something happens to Cotto accidentally in the fight I think this time they will stop it. See, with clottey they know he was slower but PAC would be crazy to continue.

                          Off the top of the head I'd put him somewhere around 20-25 all time. Maybe late teens...I put more emphasis on opponents than weightclasses...

                                      I still think we would need to wait a while after Pacquiao retires to determine where he stands among the ATGs. He would certainly rank above Mayweather.
