Hopkins is better than Mayweather. HOpkins has beat the absolute best of this generation, and he's not scared of fighting nobody.

Resume wise, Hopkins wins.
skill wise, i would favor Mayweather slightly over Bhop.

If you're talking on an accomplishment/resume standpoint ; it's Hopkins by a mile.
If you're talking on a skill/talent standpoint ; it's Floyd by a mile.
But when you compare two fighters against one another, most people usually compare accomplishments during their career, and not natural talent.
Therefore, Hopkins is more accomplished. As street bully said, he has the best resume in boxing today.
