Yeah, but you're probably not a world class fighter that requires the best physicians to heal wounds like that, so they can continue their careers w/o having to worry about them cauzing further problems again. You want the best doctors working on you. And that cut is very close to his eye..a little different of a situation and a bigger priority than your foot...

Stiches on the face are smaller and have to be more precise to try to cut down the amount of scar tissue....Plus it's the face where tissue is much softer then the damn foot.

I feel we would of seen a different fight had Cotto not suffered from the cut.
