Pacs more " Proven" than JMM at 140-147......................but the he aint no bonafide WW.................144-145 is acceptable imo............if Cotto doesnt want to fight him at that weight..........more power to him................so what do you think if Cotto v.s. PAC was to happen at this catchweight....................youd rather not see them fight?.................its all Cottos decision....................but 145 is fair!!!!!!.........true that.....

Some boxing fans say Pacquiao is smaller than Floyd, But Pacman fighting Cotto he is not smaller than Cotto, because we all know Cotto came from Super Featherweight. In this case, Pacman is more established and can be let off the hook if it's against Miguel.

Against Floyd, well, Floyd has 35* fights at 140 or above, but he'll go in as the underdog against a fighter who came from 106. While Cotto will come in as the favorite and be expected to box Pacquiao's ears off using smart defense and bringing in his title of never being knocked down

Pacquiao is talented enough and just about big enough to be an able welterweight in most cases (excluding the dehydrated middleweights) and he's definitely able to beat Cotto at welterweight IMO

        Cotto isn't a *****

I'm not crazy about this matchup, and i'm a huge fan of both fighters. I'd rather see Cotto rematch Shane, and have Pac take on Floyd. The winners of those 2 fights should then face off! That would be the ideal situation.

Unfortunately for us fans, this is boxing. A sport filled with greed, corruption, politics, and straigt up Bull**it.

pac calls the shots and holds all the cards, but cotto can always fold and walk away from the fight.

ultimately no one is forcing cotto to fight at a catchweight, so if he goes through with it, its all on him.
