See the donate text under the avatar that is how you give points someone (under total points to be specific), you have to find a post of the person you bet with though I think unless you know their exact name offhand.

Go to the vbPlaza Menu and select "Donate". Enter the name of who you are paying and enter the amount, using no commas or decimals. Remember that you will be charged a 10% fee for your donation, so take 10% more money out of the bank to pay them off.

Figure out how many points you need to pay, add 10% to it, then withdraw that amount from the bank. No way that fails unless you bet more than you actually have.
