Personally, a friend of mine who is Cuban used to do that with his pops as a greeting and when he would leave. Gay? I don't think so. A gif of Cotto doing that with his friends would be questionable

He does it with his children as well, I guess thats his way of showing love to his family...If it was another MALE FAMILY MEMBER besides his father, I would wonder about it, BUT SINCE ITS HIS FATHER I can understand.

I think when you love your son and show him that kind of affection from when he's baby that sticks with a child and the bond is stronger. It's not a gay thing and it's wrong for some one to look at it in that manner. That bieng said I kiss my dad on the check or Fourhead becouse I love him and my mom also on the check or Fourhead. I also kiss my uncles and Aunts the same way as well as my femal Cuz's not the male we just give each other a huge.
