Wlad has strong character, he would never pretend to be injured to cancel a fight.

Add to it the fact that Wlad never got a cut from a punch (all his cuts are from head butts) and you see in what top shape Wlad is.

Wladimir has ranged from 220 (pro debut) to 246 (Jefferson in 2001) for his fights. He's normally about 238-241. He's been outweighed by his opponents in at least 15 fights.

Here are some stats:

• Klitschko has been outweighted in 24 fights (against 22 different opponents). He won against all of these heavier opponents by KO (except against Ross Puritty)
• Klitschko has been outreached in 4 fights. He won all 4 by KO
• His highest weight he had against Ray Austin (246.5)
• He has not been dwarfed yet (= all of Wlad's opponents were smaller). Thus Wlad vs Valuev would be very interesting. And also Wlad vs Vitali.
• All of Wlad's opponents have been OLDER than him (except Sam Peter and now Chagaev)

On the Klitschko website, his height is given as 6'5".

I somehow don't trust this info. Boxrec says 6'6.5''. Wikipedia says 6'7'' (and Vitali 6'8'').

Wlad has said in an interview he's 6'5 3/4" - same as Lennox Lewis. That's the height I see. He said Vitali is slightly under 6'7".

He's fought bigger opponents such as Wolfgramme, who is over 6'8" and outweighed him by over 45 pounds. Boxrec isn't always correct.

Hmm, you seem to be right here...

Boxrec says Paea is 6'4''. Wikipedia, too. But watching Wlad vs Wolfgram makes me wonder where they have the data from?
