I think he can make the weight not sure if after making it he'll have stamina problems thou. Payday will be there, but I hope he'll be able to be effective in the fight.

Cotto can make 144, but he'll be pretty weak and stamina will be a problem. I don't think he can win a fight against Pac even at 147, but this will make it even harder.

Pac by TKO in 8 at anything less than 147. At 147, Pac UD.

pacs team better take it easy your going to get your fighter hurt. if mosley and clottey didnt ko cotto pac has no chance. all you people saying cotto gets kod easy are in for a big shock when he beats the dog **** out of pac. if guys like marquez at 130 can rock pac imagine what cotto does when that left hook connects. like i said before if cotto fought hatton and the de la hoya pac fought he would look like an all time great as well

I just speak the truth, I am glad that to you and Manny's advisors Cotto looked vulnerable because it will definately be an eye opener for Manny when his you and his advisors are not in the ring to take the beating cotto will undoubtedly inflict on Manny.

Have you seen how open Cotto is when he's using the left hook to the body. If you haven't look at the recents fights of Cotto or even pictures. Now remember Manny's punch that took out Hatton. Cotto will go down to pac in 8 max. Again, remember Cotto was hurt a couple of time by Juda early in their fight. Juda's left uppercut had Cotto hurt more than once and Juda is not a hard hitter like Mosley.

Cotto should fight Pac on his terms in regards to the weight! None of this weight draining bollocks that will hand the initiative to pac. Pac is the one looking for the fight, not cotto, i think cotto is happy enough to continue to fight real welterweights, with the ultimate goal of getting margarito back in the ring. Therefore the weight should established on how low cotto feels comfortable droppping too. We all know that Manny has no problem in stepping up weight divisions. So the weight I think should be determined by Cotto

Stiff jabs and power will always nuetralize speed. Ask Shane Mosely when he fought Cottto and Forest. The Jab will nuetralize speed, especially when you have power behind it. Ask Clottey about that, he went down in the first rd due to a jab....

if mannys last 3 fhts were against mosley margs or clottey he would be sent packing back down to 135 or 140. he kod hatton and beat de la hoya good wins because he was coming up but not good wins in loaded ww division. cotto kos pac and then the cotto haters change there tune and say pac was too small

Are you for real mate? Your comparing a weight drained and past his sell by date DLH and an amatuerish/foolish Ricky Hatton to Miguel Cotto. If this fight happens it will not and I repeat will not be as one sided as Pacs last two fights. If JMM can hurt him at 130 then Miguel Cotto can do worse! Fact
